THE
SPRING BEAUTY OF HYACINTH
The spring beauty of Hyacinth
The solar heart of Apollo enchanted
And the god, in love
He deeply loved Hyacinth
On the grass of Olympus.
And in your sacred Homotheosis
The spirit of the young Hyacinth
He was kidnapped by Zephyr's cunning
the treacherous west wind
That for Jacinto, he had an obsessive
desire.
The young ephebe is dead!
To the despair of the sun god
Not even your solar spells
They managed to save young Hyacinth
From the depths of Hades.
